Easy Summer Dress – Free Pattern

The easy summer dress was designed by Tatsiana of Lilla Björn’s Crochet World. Using simply two basic stitches, the double crochet and chain stitches, this pattern for the dress is suitable for the beginner.

With the simple shape and slightly oversized fit the dress has a casual and simple look.

The easy summer dress is light and airy and looks best when crocheted using self-striping yarn, but it can be made with any fingering weight yarn. The pattern is available for 3 sizes – S/M, L/XL, 2XL/3XL.

This dress was made using Scheepjes Whirl yarn which is a fingering-weight yarn that is made from a blend of cotton and acrylic, making it light and breathable for the warmer months of summer. It comes in 39 different

To make the summer dress, you will need the following supplies:

• 2 balls of Scheepjes Whirl Yarn for size S/M. 3 balls may be necessary depending on the size and length of the dress desired. The pattern was made using Shade 754 Green Tea Tipple
• Size D-3 (3.25mm) crochet hook
• Yarn needle to weave in tails
