The pattern originally featured the Spatter collection from Kaufman fabrics. This fabric is available in 12 colors, the colors resemble splashed paint. What better for a craft apron!
To make the Kid’s Apron, you will need the following supplies:
- 2/3 yard of main color fabric
- 3/4 yard of contrasting fabric for lining and ties
- 5 1/2″ x 9 1/2″ piece of lightweight interfacing
- Coordinating thread
The finished size of the kid’s apron is approximately 19 x 27 inches. It would be very easy to change the size by changing the size of the beginning rectangle. Here are some other fabric suggestions:
