If you know Nana, you know I love to change my seasonal decor with simple things such as table runners and pillows. Last year for summer it was a popsicle party! This year – brighten up your summer table with this colorful Beach Umbrella table runner.
Made from three colorful blocks, the umbrellas are so easy to make! You may also use the blocks to make place mats or some matching pillows!

Designed for All People Quilt, the Beach Umbrella table runner uses stripe fabric to mimic an overhead view of umbrellas at the beach. The finished size measures approximately 12″ x 33″. Each block measures 9″ square.
The umbrellas are made using a triangle pattern template. Both the template and instructions on how to Make and Use Templates are included.
The original design was created using fabrics from the Tent Stripe collection by Tula Pink for FreeSpirit. Although this fabric has been discontinued, Tula Pink offers an even better striped fabric this year! Get it at the Fat Quarter Shop or Fabric.com
