It is very cold out today and Nana was looking for some winter wonderland inspiration! At over two feet tall, the Giant Crochet Snowman looks like he would be a very cuddly friend.

The snowman works up quickly and will add a snowy winter touch to any room.

The finished size of this snowman is approximately 15 inches wide and 26 inches tall! The pattern includes the instructions for the hat and scarf as well as instructions for creating the pompom. Nana prefers using a pompom maker and this is a great one to try.

To make the Giant Crochet Snowman, you will need the following supplies:

• 2 big balls of Bernat Blanket (10.5 oz/300 g; 220 yds/201 m) or equivalent Size 6 yarn in white for the snowman
• 1 ball of Contrast A for the hat and scarf
• 1 ball of Contrast B for the hat and pompom
• 1 regualr ball of Bernat Blanket Brights (5.3 oz/150 g; 108 yds/98 m) or equivalent Size 6 yarn in orange for the carrot
• 2 yds (1.8 m) super bulky weight yarn in black for the mouth
• Size U.S. K/10.5 (6.5 mm) crochet hook
• Stuffing.
• 2 black buttons 1¼” (3 cm) in diameter
• 3 black buttons 2½” (6.5 cm) in diameter
• Stitch markers
• Yarn needle
