Designed by Yarnspiration, the pattern comes in sizes 2 years, 4 years and 6 years. Easy to crochet using half double crochet stitch, you can make this poncho with or without the ears.
The designer used Bernat Pipsqueak Yarn. Bernat Pipsqueak yarn is a bulky weight (Size 5) yarn that is snuggly and perfect for knit and crochet baby garments and accessories! It is machine washable and dryable for easy care.
To make the Polar Bear Poncho, you will need the following supplies:
- 4 or 5 balls of Bernat Pipsqueak or equivalent Size 5 yarn depending on size.
- Size I/9 (5.5 mm) crochet hook
- stitch marker
- 4 – 1″ [2.5 cm] diameter buttons
