The around the block sweater pattern is a free Intermediate Crochet pattern by Paintbox Yarns. The pattern is written for 3 sizes (32 to 38, 40 to 48 and 50 to 58).
Hexagons and half-hexagons are sewn together to create this masterpiece.
The designer used one of my favorite yarns – Paintbox Yarns Cotton DK. Made from 100% cotton, there are 63 colors available so you are sure to find the perfect combination for this sweater.
To make the Around the Block Sweater, you will need the following supplies:
- Paintbox Yarns Cotton DK in 3 colors (amounts vary based on size but are included in the pattern instructions)
- Size US E/4 (3.5mm) crochet hook
- Size US G/6 (4mm) crochet hook
- Yarn needle
