Get creative and make the ties and suspenders to match Dad’s personality. OR use up those scraps you have on hand. Is Dad conservative or fun? Does he prefer red or blue? Here are a couple more suggestions for color combos!
To make this Father’s Day gift special pillow, you will need the following supplies:
- 1/2 yard Background fabric
- Fat Eighth of fabric for the tie
- Fat Eighth of fabric for the suspenders
- 1/2 yard of fabric for lapel and pillow back
- Fat Eighth of muslin for quilting
- 14 inch square of batting
- 12 inch pillow form
- Coordinating thread
