The Monster Mash quilt pattern was designed by Susan Emory for Michael Miller fabrics and comes with all the templates to applique these cute little monsters! The finished quilt measures 54″ x 60″ perfect for a throw.

If you can applique, you can make this quilt! Need help, check out Nana’s “Learn to Applique” post – it’s easy!!
The quilt featured fabric from the “I want a Monster collection” by Michael Miller fabrics but as always, this fabric has been discontinued. The pattern is so versatile that any dots and stripes will look fabulous.

But I did find this fabulous minky you could use for backing! and because is is 58″ wide you will only need 1-1/2 yards.
To make the Monster Mash quilt you will need the following supplies:
- 16 assorted fat quarters
- 1/2 yd of fabric for binding
- 4 yds for backing (for awesome backing ideas CLICK HERE)
- Twin size batting
